Highly recommended estate agent for both sales and lettings services. I was a customer for nearly 14 years (September 2004 - July 2018) mostly through the rentals department which is expertly handled by Miriam. At no stage did I even think about changing letting agent, as Miriam is extremely competent and easy to work with. My property was eventually sold by Mandy in the Allsuch sales department. Mandy is a very dynamic and straight talking agent, who got the deal done in a very professional manner. In my experience the quality of estate agents vary greatly, and when you find a good one I think it serves you well to stick with them.
I have been working with Mandy in the Elstree office and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with her. Not only did she get me viewings for my flat immediately but she sold the property very quickly and made the whole process very stress free for myself. Other agents were struggling to get people in the door but it was Mandy's determination and hard work which sold my flat. Martin Allsuch are very professional and I would highly recommend them. I have been dealing with Martin Allsuch and Co. for two years now, specifically with their lettings manager Miriam. I have two 1 bedroomed flats locally and use them to rent these properties. For the extremely competitive fee I pay, I receive an excellent management service from them. My flats are new-build so I wouldn't expect much in the way of problems, but any little niggles Miriam is on to it straight away absolutely doing what I pay them for, making sure the tenant is happy and that I am not inconvenienced. I would happily recommend Martin Allsuch and Co. to anybody who has rented properties and is looking for a reliable and efficient management company.
I have dealt with Miriam at Martin Allsuch for some 15 years now and in all that time I have never had any problems at all . She is an absolute pleasure to deal with inasmuch as she has an intimate understanding of the type of tenants who prove themselves reliable time after time. I can well understand why she is heading up the lettings department and as far as am concerned I have never come across a more efficient organisation. From preparing the lease to organising inventories and dealing with what is now some fairly extensive lettings legislation she has no equal and she has always been able to answer any questions I have asked. In short I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who is interested in letting their property!
